Welcome to Teji Tours & Travels! Before booking with us, please carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your reservation and travel experience. By making a booking with Teji Tours & Travels, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payments

• Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The deposit amount will be communicated based on the tour package selected.
• Final Payment: Full payment must be made on or before decided date at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled without a refund.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
• Late Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of the departure date require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Percentage of cancellation charges will be applicable as mentioned in given quotation at the time of booking.
• Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days.
• Teji Tours-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that Teji Tours & Travels cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an alternative tour option will be offered.

Amendments to Bookings

• Any changes to your booking (such as changes in travel dates or passenger details) must be communicated in writing. Amendments may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the request and availability.
• Last-minute changes may not always be possible.

Travel Insurance

• Teji Tours & Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We offer travel insurance plans that can be purchased at the time of booking.

Tour Packages

• Inclusions: The details of what is included in each tour package will be clearly stated at the time of booking. This may include accommodations, meals, transportation, and activities.
• Exclusions: Any items not specifically mentioned as included, such as personal expenses, optional activities, and certain meals, are the responsibility of the traveler.

Liabilities

• Teji Tours & Travels acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses beyond our control.
• We do not accept liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or delay due to factors outside our control.

Travel Documents

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and up to date. Teji Tours & Travels can provide assistance with visa applications, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Failure to provide valid travel documents may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we are not liable.

Health and Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit for the chosen tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• We recommend consulting a physician regarding any vaccinations or health precautions required for your destination.

Behavior and Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to the laws and customs of the destination. Teji Tours & Travels reserves the right to terminate a traveler’s participation in a tour if their behavior jeopardizes the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of others.
• 10. Changes to Itinerary
• Teji Tours & Travels reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters. We will endeavor to provide an alternative arrangement of equal value when possible.

Complaints and Disputes

• Any complaints during the trip should be reported immediately to the tour leader or guide. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
• Disputes, if any, will be handled in accordance with local laws.
